Privacy Policy
We collect name, email, address, and payment info for orders only. Data is stored securely and never sold. Used for shipping, updates, and marketing (opt-out anytime). Cookies track site usage.
Shipping Policy
Orders process in 1-3 business days. Free U.S. shipping over $50. Standard: 5-7 days. Express: 2-3 days. International: 7-14 days + customs. Tracking provided. Insured against loss/damage.
Refund & Return Policy
30-day returns on unopened bags. Contact hello@obsess.coffee to initiate. Items must be unused with original packaging. Refunds within 5-7 days of receipt. Return shipping paid by customer unless our error. No refunds on opened coffee.
